It has a spacious parking space, a cozy living room with a guest restroom, a fully-equipped kitchen with a modish dining area, and a stunning pool area to chill and release your stress. All downstairs areas; kitchen, living room, and outdoor dining, connect to each other but in their own specific zones turning an open-plan space into an efficient, multi-tasking space with perfect natural light. The bedroom is placed on the second floor. It is spacious and has good air circulation. Features a balcony overlooking the plantation, a stylish en-suite bathroom with a chic cozy bathtub, and is equipped with a smart TV and wardrobe *Bedrooms detail - Master Bedroom ---> king-sized bed + en-suite bathroom & bathtub + TV Guest access The guest will have access to the entire space of the apartment privately Other things to note -- Include daily housekeeping/cleaning service 6x a week -- Other Services with Additional Costs: - Airport pick-up or drop-off - Floating breakfast - Scooter/car Rent - Day trip/tour - In-house massage - Baby cot, high chair and pool fence - Special decoration - Floaties rental -- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in -- -- Parking space can comfortably accommodate up to 1 small car -- If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services. -- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them during their stay. In case of any damage occurs please inform the host :) -- Bringing pets is only allowed with the approval of the host -- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 2 people. For each additional guest and kids above 2 years old, there will be an extra charge of IDR750,000 per person per night, which includes an extra bed. -- Rescheduling or changing the reservation dates will only be accepted if the guest makes the request at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. -- Access to the villa is via a narrow alleyway that accommodates only one car and can be slightly steep, particularly after rain. Please exercise caution if you're arriving with a car or scooter. To be Noted: - Kindly note that there is an ongoing neighbor construction project nearby. The intensity of noise will vary depending on the specific activities taking place on any given day. While some days may involve minimal and non-disruptive finishing work, there may be occasions where more disruptive activities such as drilling and hammering take place, resulting in audible noise reaching the villa.
