Beach 67th Camper, Tiny house, Rockaway Beach

Cute redone 90’s Fleetwood camper located 4 blocks from the beach, close to groceries, surf shop, coffee shops and food. The camper is spacious with an open floor plan with a double bed and room for a palette. The dining area has 3 chairs and a table, kitchenette with fridge, double hot plate, electric skillet and coffee maker. Fully equipped with pots & pans, dishes and utensils for cooking. Camper has its own porch and private yard and fire pit (bring your own wood.) no smoking The space Our property’s is close to surf beach and swim beaches and coffee shops, restaurants and boardwalk. There is a friendly dog on my part of the property and children. No big parties please. Please note: the shower is outside and the incinerator toilet outhouse is in a separate tiny building next to camper (private). Very glampy! No heat or AC in the outhouse. Guest access Trailer is in a private fenced area of hosts yard with padlocked entrance from the street. Camper has an outhouse with an incinerator toilet! dedicated just for guests. Other things to note Camper is very cozy and clean and we have regular organic treatment for ants and mosquitoes on the property but please keep all food in airtight containers or fridge (I provide containers for use!) even a sugary drink left out will draw ants.
