Fully stocked kitchen including: silverware, dishware, drip coffee maker (coffee not provided - guests are responsible for bringing their own coffee), toaster, basic pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, and glassware. WIFI throughout the whole unit with Smart TVS. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities on the lower, backside of the building. Laundry is coin operated and open 24-7 to guests. The property is located near local parks and is connected to everything in the area via sidewalks. Guest access Guests will be sent a code 1-2 days prior to their stay as there is a smart lock on the main entrance to the home.
