The space What makes this accommodation more special is its balcony facing the sea, where you will enjoy many hours of sunshine thanks to its south-facing orientation. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a 180x200 bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully-equipped kitchen and a very spacious living room. It has a smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom, with Netflix available. It also has an electric barbecue, fiber optic WiFi, and split air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Guest access Parking is communal and will have about 40 parking spaces, but they are not assigned to the accommodations, so we are not able to guarantee availability in high season. The complex has large garden areas with 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 for children, two of them facing the sea. You will also find a children's playground in the garden and direct access to the beach. Very close to the accommodation, within walking distance, you will find a supermarket, bars, bank, pharmacy, etc. Even the bus stop is very close. Other things to note - Parking is communal within the complex, so spaces are not assigned, which means that in summer we cannot guarantee a parking space available upon arrival. You can then use one as soon as it becomes available. - Pool loungers are also communal, for use by all guests and owners. - The gym indicated in the listing has been moved to 3 minutes by car and is for a fee. - We offer transportation service to and from the airport for a fee, upon request, please ask us if you would like this service. - We can also provide you with a travel crib and high chair, on request, for €5/night - We offer a shopping service at the supermarket prior to arrival: €30 (up to 20 items) + the cost of the purchase. - If you want housekeeping during your stay, you must let us know well in advance to arrange it, especially during peak season.
