Far from the crowds at 1900 m altitude, but close to the Theog market (only 9km), this villa is truly a diamond in the rough with breathtaking views, local mountain culture and lots of peace and privacy to offer. Regular Bird sightings, Mountain treks and Biking and Star gazing in the clear skies is what our guests love about our property The space Come enjoy the privacy, seclusion and beauty at our stone fortified villa with a classic feel to it. The property is surrounded by mountain ranges and apple orchards Wifi is always working in the entire property. Ample private parking for as many as 10 cars. All weather Air Conditioning is available in all rooms to make sure you are warm on those cold winter nights. The prices includes complimentary two course home made vegetarian and egg breakfast and dinner for our guests. A cook and care taker are always available at the property for your service . The villa consists of 6 luxurious double bedrooms with 6 private bathrooms. Each room comes with scenic mountain view. Each room except one comes with big balcony spaces. One room even offers a kids attic with floor bedding. We have a small common gym and a huge library with a chimney to interest you in reading. A very big lawn area with sitting, ideal for playing any sport and relaxing. Furthermore in the structure we have a common Hot tub which is available to our guests on request and against a payment. We have a small Bistro, open for outsiders, named after the place and its people called ‘Theogo’ra’ in the property, where you can relax and enjoy your drink. The bistro has a functional vintage chimney to keep you warm and cosy. This is the perfect place for a friends and family reunion, a corporate team building, or a fairytale wedding. Guest access When renting the full property guests have access to all the facilities. Other things to note The property is away from the city hustle nested in middle of 'PAHADI' village. You will find 8km of dusty road to the property which is pretty motor able and scenic throughout. Enjoy the drive in as you wind through the mountainside and take in the truly beautiful scenery mother nature has to offer.
