Location is close to everything - grocery stores, shops, restaurants and bars! Condo is on the third floor and includes a queen bed with new mattress and linens, fully equipped kitchen. Please note, there is not an elevator. The space Cozy condo on the third (top) floor. The space has been updated with additional seating, lighting, artwork, and a Smart TV with a swivel. Everything has been thought through to make the space feel inviting, comfortable and functional. The vaulted ceiling with sky light provide an airy and bright atmosphere. Double sliding doors that lead to the balcony so you can enjoy your coffee or wine while overlooking the courtyard and pool. Newly renovated cottage kitchen - cabinets, quartz countertops, custom shelves, new range. Please note that there is a flight of stairs, plus two smaller half flights to get to the third floor. There is not an elevator. Guest access There will be a gate card waiting for you in the condo upon your arrival. This is what you’ll use to get in and out of the gate throughout your stay. We are not available to buzz in guests throughout your stay. Other things to note The Indoor pool and fitness center can be used during your stay as long as it's during the hours they allow. Hours may change due to the time of year so just be sure to check the signs. Starting in March, the exterminator is scheduled the second week of the month on Thursday. The months are January, March, May, July, September and November. You can kindly decline the service if you prefer not to have them enter the condo. There is not an elevator on the property. There are two flights of stairs to climb. Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.
