This is a brand-new, 3 bedroom (k, k, q, t/f flip sofa, T flip sofa, Twin Flip Sofa), 2.5 bath home that sleeps up to 9 people. - This house is 2.7 miles North of Bryant Denny Stadium in Historic Downtown Northport! - Pet friendly! -TVs in all bedrooms! The space Welcome to T-Town Cottage! The brand new and adorable home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests. The property is located 2.7 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium in Historic Downtown Northport. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other and there is ample seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal or tailgate treats! There is also coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated. The first bedroom has a King bed and optional sofa bed as well as an attached bathroom with a tub shower. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a King bed and 2 single bed flip sofas. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between with a tub shower. On the back patio there is an outdoor dining table and umbrella as well as a fire pit and gas grill. The backyard is fully fenced in and the property is pet friendly! Located down the road from the house there is a boat ramp that is perfect for days out on the water. Feel free to bring your own or rent a boat! We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! *Please Read Prior to Booking: *Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.* *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.* Other things to note - If you are receiving a "special offer", please check with us on occupancy. There may be an extra charge for more than 2 people. - Base pricing is set for 6 people. In order to have the flip sofas set up, you would pay $50 per person, per night. - If you are bringing a pet, a $25 per pet is required for pets under 20 pounds and $40 for pets over 20 pounds, per stay fee will be added onto your reservation. ** Any stays longer than 2 weeks will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. The house must be cleaned at a minimum of every 2 weeks. NO Exceptions.**
