The space The property has a separate entrance with a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with two (sleeping) sofas (unfolded 1.20 meters each), conservatory and terrace. So you can make yourself comfortable regardless of the weather at any time of the year. Parking is conveniently available on the premises. The accommodation is suitable for 4 adults or children over 12 years of age, of which 2 people each sleep on the sofa beds. Children under the age of 12 are NOT allowed for safety reasons. It's a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed in the sunroom and on the terrace! Pets on request and by personal arrangement!
