In addition, a free parking space is available to the left of the driveway for guests. HVAC :- There is central heating available in the unit. No air conditioning. PARKING :- There is 1 driveway parking spot available for guest Other things to note A fully fenced backyard is shared with the Owner. It is a sunny and pleasant garden with trees, flowers and little bird houses hanging from the trees. An ideal place for relaxation . An outdoor table with chairs and an umbrella are provided for guests to enjoy outdoor dining or simply reading and have a glass of wine!!! Note: This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and there is an extra guest fee of $20/guest/night, after the first 2 guests so please make sure to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking so this fee will get included automatically.
