The space Unwind in this cozy one bedroom and let all the stresses melt away as you plan your many trips to the beach or late mornings in the resort. Many restaurants to choose from in this area will help you eat to your heart’s content. Don’t feel like going out? Stay in and enjoy cooking in a full kitchen with all the necessary tools needed for a wonderful culinary experience. Some complementary coffee will be included in the “starter pack”, and guests should plan ahead for their coffee needs for the duration of their stay including filters and ground coffee. Forget to pack something? No need to worry, Walmart is just down the street. Catching up on some sleep? The bedroom has a king size bed, and the living room has a twin over twin bunk bed. Looking for a place to just unwind and get a break from the busy life? Stay in and enjoy the WiFi, smart TV, and covered patio. Included in the “starter kit” are some dish washer soap pods, and laundry soap pods, and paper products to get you through the first day, please plan ahead according to the length of your stay. If you plan to play during your time at the resort, please bring mini-golf, tennis, pickle-ball, and/or shuffleboard equipment, they are not provided by the host or by the resort. I provide a few beach items such as sand toys and an umbrella, but please plan to bring any other items you might need. Per HOA rules, no more than 4 guests can be accommodated in this unit and 1 car pass per unit will be provided during check in. A custom 4 digit code will be provided to the guest prior to check-in to gain entry into the condo. 2 dogs are welcome--sorry no cats There are no breed restrictions, but dogs must be on a leash at all times for the safety of the animal, other homeowners, and guests in the resort. Please be courteous and use the waste bags distributed throughout the resort.
