Guest Room in a Mountain View Cape Cod

Our charming 3-bedrm house is centrally located to the best parts of the Front Range: 17 miles to Boulder, 30 mi to Estes Park, and !100 ft from a bus stop. Our front porch faces east so you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or tea in the afternoon shade. We welcome respectful guests of all backgrounds (not a party house). Hosts are both COVID vaccinated. We will avoid using the front door or shared space during your stay. We'll close off the kitchen door to keep two separate living spaces. The space We have a good location and the private bedroom and bathroom that offers privacy to guests. Original artwork pieces by hosts and friend David Janesko appoint the room. Desk/work station, reading chair with ottoman, and 24" TV with streaming services. View west from the bathroom shows the Front Range and Long's Peak. Guest access Semi-private entry through the front door opens to the dining room (shared, but rarely used by owners). Two pocket doors close this entrance, and owners typically enter through the garage. Guests access the upstairs the full guest bathroom and bedroom. Bedroom has a remote-controlled air conditioner, as well as a ceiling fan. Other things to note It cools off really well at night in Colorado but heats up in the day during summer months. Wear sunscreen & drink lots of water! :)
