Lake Chickamauga Cabin with Private Dock

Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a peaceful getaway by booking some time with family or friends at our Lake Chickamauga cabin. Plan to stay for a while to enjoy the peace and serenity in the woods on Lake Chickamauga. The covered front porch offers a place to sit and watch the storms pass by, or gaze at the moon rising above the lake on the back deck. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and quiet place. The space Our lake home offers an open floor plan with LOTS of natural light. This is a relatively new manufactured home built in 2014. There is new flooring in kitchen, dining, hallway, master bedroom and living room, and fresh paint in living, dining and hallway. The fridge was replaced in September 2022. Our home is very clean but not perfect as there are some minor imperfections in trim work and drywall in some areas of the home (although hardly noticeable to most). Everything works in the house. We are located on an inlet of Lake Chickamauga (same inlet as Cottonport Marina). The TVA lowers the water in late October through March so the inlet is not boatable during these months, but if you have a boat, you can still launch at Cottonport Marina, or at two other boat ramps within a couple minutes of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to entire home. Other things to note We are new to AirBnB so please contact us to work through any potential issues as we want to ensure you have the most wonderful short term stay possible. Our home has outdoor security cameras, so please book the exact number of people that will be in your group (to avoid extra $100 per person charges) and leave your furry friends at home (to avoid $250 pet fee). No smoking or vaping allowed on-site (to avoid $250 fee). All items in home are inventoried and checked after each guest.
