The space The studio is furnished with: ● Equipped for work/business with high-speed internet. Work at the expandable dining table. ● A premium queen bed, a full-length queen sleeper couch, a comfortable chair, and a dining table ● A fully equipped bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer ● Modern kitchenette with an under-counter refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, and a sink ● A drip coffee maker (and local coffee) as well as an electric tea kettle (along with a selection of regular and herbal teas) *NOTE: The kitchenette does not have a stove or oven* ● The TV has Roku installed, which also includes free Netflix ● We have good, clean city water, and in addition, the kitchen sink has a high-quality bacteriostatic carbon filter. Guest access No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a smart lock keypad. When you book you will receive instructions on how to access the studio for your stay. You can lock and unlock the door using your personal entry code on the keypad issued to you for the duration of your stay. It is connected by a door that is secured and locked on both sides separately. We rarely go into the space, but on the rare occasion that we do use the space while you are in the studio, we will message you ahead of time. We take your safety and comfort seriously and don't want anyone alarmed by sounds in the storage space. Other things to note Our property is not suitable for smokers of any kind. We do not allow smoking inside or outside the property. Please review our rules for more information. It is also not suitable for young children. It is not child safe and has hard concrete floors.
