Come stay in this Craftsmen home originally built in 1909 but lovingly renovated in 2019. You will be greeted by a very friendly goldendoodle and tuxedo cat! The space Guests have a private bedroom with a queen sized bed on the second floor with their own bathroom located across the hall. Guests have access to the living room, lanai/sunroom, and backyard with patio. Coffee/tea station in room, kitchen privileges and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Other things to note Close to Colorado College, Penrose hospital, miles of trails, coffee shops, restaurants, Goat Patch brewery, grocery store all within walking distance.
