Other things to note - # SAVE OUR PLANET# Our unit is furnished with the KEY CARD POWER SWITCH. To operate the switch, the guest simply inserts their access card in the key card slot when they enter the room to enable the AC power supply & then remove it when they leave the unit to switch off electricity automatically #Everyday comfort with a responsible lifestyle. - Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged at a special price, subject to availability. Please check with us for more details. * We will provide 1 car park band card, and 2 access cards with keys upon check-in. Access cards, House Keys, and Car Park band cards must be kept safely and returned upon checkout. Should the cards get lost, I regret to inform you that RM250 (for each lost card) will be charged to you. - Jazz suite management had restricted the Usage of Facilities for any homestay guests, visitors & non-residents. - NO parties and illegal activities - No pets - Please remove all footwear when entering the unit. - This is a non-smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the unit, with the option to smoke responsibly on the outdoor balcony (make sure the door is closed at all times). - Guests are fully responsible for the furniture, appliances, and other amenities during their stay. Guest is accountable for any costs for damages or repair. If you book for a third party, please let them know. - Guests are prohibited from bringing durian, or any food with strong stench food in the house. - Please refrain from throwing sanitary napkins or other rubbish into the toilet bowl. - Please keep the premises to minimum cleanliness standards. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be applied. - Guests are allowed to use the kitchen to cook light dishes only. - The rearrangement of in-house furniture is strictly prohibited. - The safety of personal belongings is your responsibility. Please inspect the house before check-out. The guests will be notified should there be an item left behind unintentionally. - To ensure peace & calamity, guests are discouraged from making too much noise on the homestay premises.
