The space The Cabin By The Sea is our coastal stay by The Little Garden Farm — designed for guests seeking comfort, creativity and unhurried island living. All stays of 2 nights or more include: • A guided walk through our evolving garden, 15 minutes from the cabin, with seasonal produce to take home and cook • A generous seasonal breakfast hamper — freshly baked bread, free-range eggs, home-baked treats and pantry staples • A dedicated art and yoga space for creativity and quiet moments • Comfortable Queen and Double beds, with ocean views from the master and garden views from the second bedroom • A fully set wood combustion fire for cosy evenings • Direct beach access across the road at Daniels Bay • Board games and Tasmanian books for relaxed afternoons • A well-stocked pantry with ingredients for smoothies, soups and baking, plus boutique loose-leaf tea and quality coffee • Internet for streaming and general use • Quality Salus bathroom products • Easy access to Bruny Island icons including Cape Bruny Lighthouse, Cloudy Bay, Bruny Island Premium Wines and Hotel Bruny The Cabin is a place to slow down, cook , read and settle into the island's rhythm. For extended stays - 6 days plus -, we offer a weekly linen refresh and light service to keep your retreat comfortable and effortless. Guest access The whole property is available to guests - approx 1/4 of an acre. Other things to note The cabin has heating and cooling (combustion fire, heaters and electric blankets for winter, and portable fans and cool ocean breezes for summer ). There is also a heat pump in the sun room which heats or cools the back section of the cabin. Across the road there is a shallow beach which you can access via a set of stairs (varied amount of beach walking area depending on the tide being in or out) . If you prefer a sandy swim beach this is a simple 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive up the road to Cemetery Beach. Registration Details Exempt: This listing falls under the 'home sharing' exemption
