The cabin sits on 5 wooded acres. Enjoy the cozy living area and wood burning stove. From the balcony you can watch indigenous wild life: Turkeys, Deer, Blue Jays, Robins, Hawks, King Bird, Squirrels, and more! There is a spa for your enjoyment below the deck. Activities in the area include fishing, hiking, Jackson Rancheria Casino , wine tasting, historic gold country cities and nearby skiing at Kirkwood or Heavenly Valley in South Lake Tahoe. Water supply is mountain spring well water. The space A fully functional one bedroom with two pull out beds in the living room. Kitchen is fully supplied with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. everything you need for a gathering. Additional picnic bench on the balcony. A pot belly stove in the living area to warm up. A full sized bathroom: tub and shower. Downstairs is a spa / hot tub to enjoy. This upstairs home is private and is not shared. Guest access You will have private access to the whole upstairs, and the grounds which include the hot tub and fire pit. Other things to note Lots of activities nearby such as panning for gold, skiing, various historic tours, lots of wine tasting. There is fresh well water on the 5 acre property.
