The space The room has 14 squared meters in size, 7 meter balcony and is very nice and cozy. However, the bed is only 140cm wide even though the mattrace is very comfortable. Guest access While you have your own balcony, you will be able to access a beautiful lounge and dining area at the common terrace on the first floor as well as a typically Croatian vintage space with stone tables under the fig tree, which is as old as the building itself.
