The total cost of your reservation includes the use of 8 HRS. of air conditioning daily. If you prefer to use the air conditioning on for a longer period of time, you will pay for the electric service as an additional charge. The use of the fan is fully included. If you're staying longer the 7 nights, the electric bill will NO BE include it in your rent and will cost $1,500 MXN from 8 nights to 30 nights (this amount will remain as an additional refundable deposit and the refund will depend on your use of the service). 3. The change of sheets and cleaning of the room, daily or weekly has an additional charge of $350.00 MXN per assigned day of service.
