Welcome to our spacious and modern Airbnb house in the heart of North Wollongong! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for families or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Located just a short 2 min walk from the beach, our house offers easy access to all of the best attractions and amenities that North Wollongong has to offer. Spend your days soaking up the sun or head out and explore the parks and restaurants that the city has to offer. The space Our Airbnb is in a great location for exploring all that North Wollongong has to offer. The house itself is a modern and spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that is perfect for families or groups of friends. It has a open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen looking over a comfortable living & dining room, and a front balcony with a BBQ for outdoor meals and gatherings. All the bedrooms have doors that open up to a balcony and are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and linens, and the bathrooms have all the linen amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Guest access Our house is located on the upper level of a dual occupancy house and there are numerous stairs at the entrance on the home. There is another house on the lower level, and the driveway is shared between both houses. However, we have a dedicated parking space for our house. Other things to note Additional Rules As a guest you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions: Parties are not to be hosted on the property. Any parties will result in eviction . The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed to with the host at the time of booking. You shall be held accountable for any repairs or reimbursement costs associated with damage caused to the property/chattels during your stay. Any damages or breakages must be reported to the host immediately. Animals are not permitted at our home unless organised with the host prior. Be respectful of neighbouring properties. The house surrounding the property have requested that guest do not use the outdoor areas after 10.00pm. Smoking is not permitted - our home is a Smokefree zone inside. Please make sure that you remove any cigarette butts from the outside areas before departure. You will be charged $60 if we are required to remove any cigarette butts from the grounds. There is a barbecue at the property, please ensure it is clean/in its original state after use. Keep premises clean at all times. Permit the host or it's agent to enter the property and view its condition at all reasonable times if requested. CLEANING What you are expected to do: Wash, dry dishes and put away. Return furniture to its original position. Dispose of rubbish/place in rubbish bags and put out into the appropriate bin ready for collection. What you are NOT expected to do: Remove sheets and pillow slips. Clean the bathrooms. Wash linen. Vacuum/mop the floor. The guest agrees to owners charging for any costs related to the following : Expenses incurred for repairs to damages of the property caused by the guest. The budgeted cleaning time for this property is 3 hours. The guest agrees to pay for any cleaning costs above and beyond the budgeted cleaning time due to the property not being left the way it was on arrival. BBQ - $60- If excess cleaning of the BBQ is required. Excess garbage removal - $50 - if excess rubbish removal is required. Oven clean - $65 - If excess cleaning of the oven is required. Excess linen clean - $75 or replacement cost. If item is stained/soiled requiring additional cleaning. If blankets or duvets are stained/soiled you will be charged the the dry cleaning fee or full replacement cost if the stains are not able to be removed. A Late check out will incur an extra half day’s accommodation charge, unless by prior arrangement (minimum 48 hours prior to check out). Please contact hosts to arrange this.
