The cabin is located within Mountain Lakes. Access to district amenities including pool, basketball/tennis courts, lake swimming area w/ lifeguards, and kayak rentals. Sledding in the winter at The Lodge. Trail access for hiking and snowshoeing/cross country skiing at The Lodge. Our cabin is a little piece of heaven in the White Mountains. You can sit on the deck and hear the brook babbling into the lake and enjoy beautiful sunsets! We hope you enjoy our cabin as much as we do. Guests have access to entire house. Mountain Lakes is a four season community with activities for families in every season. 10 minutes from White Mountain National Forest, 20 minutes from The Lost River, 30 minutes from Lincoln/Woodstock home of Loon Mountain, Alpine Adventures and the Kancamagus Highway. Guests should plan on supplying their own beach towels, sporting equipment (if you plan to utilize the tennis, baseball and basketball courts) and winter recreation equipment (skis, ice skates, sleds). There are a few life jackets on site but they may not be sized to fit you or your child. If they fit you are welcome to use them. If not, please make sure children under 14 have a life jacket as it is required by Mountain Lakes. ***Please note: There is very limited cell phone service in the area. Switch to WiFi calling while on the property. Also, the neighboring cabin is in relatively close proximity. Lake access from the property is limited to kayaks/canoes. Swimming is available on both lakes at the rec center.***
