Ideal location for our 30 m2, 4/5-bed flat in the "Rond points des pistes 2" residence. right next to the resort centre (less than 30 m!) and the shops (without any noise pollution)! Ideal for two couples or a family with small children, you'll love the cosy decor after a good day outdoors! There are no immediate neighbours. The space Located at the pistes 2 roundabout, you'll be directly on the pistes on foot and on skis, as well as in the centre of the resort and the shops! The resort of Orcières Merlette is south-facing, so you can enjoy glorious sunshine all day long. In summer, you'll never be bored! In addition to hiking (several pastures as well as the 7 lakes), mountain biking and motorcycling, the leisure center with its spacious indoor and outdoor SWIMMINGPOOL complex with deckchairs and snack bar, its SKATING RINK, its BOWLING, its CINEMA, is just a few meters away on foot and will offer you very pleasant leisure activities for your entire stay! Children will also be kept busy with the WORKSHOPS, outings and competitions organized by the Tourist Office, and toddlers can enjoy the TRAMPOLINE and the MANEGE. The most beautiful TYROLIENNE in the region, or a parachute jump, will have the most daring flying over the mountains. Nearby (a few minutes by car), you can enjoy the leisure park with its many children's games, other water games (bubbles, paddle etc.), KARTING for children and adults, buggies, PAINTBALL etc..; And don't forget to visit the ANIMAL PARK next to the resort, which will delight young and old alike! The flat has a spacious main room with a new kitchen and a sitting area with a sofa bed and an electric fireplace, as well as a small bedroom with 3 bunk beds (the top one cannot accommodate an adult). It has all the necessary kitchen and bathroom equipment, new mattress protectors, pillows, bedspreads and blankets. Please note! You must, however, bring your own bed linen (pillowcases, sheets or sleeping bags) and bath towels. (Quality disposable bed linen packs can be ordered in advance at €10 per person). The flat is away from immediate neighbours. Please note: It does not have a balcony or a view (it opens onto outside stairs), but its cosy atmosphere will be very pleasant in the evening after a good day out. A host will welcome you on arrival. The tourist office is also on hand to give you all the information you need about this season's events (a welcome booklet will be in the flat). Everything is in place to ensure you have an excellent stay! . Guest access You will have access to the whole flat and to the locker. Other things to note The flat has recently been refurbished; we are counting on your respect for the premises and do not ask for any cleaning costs. Please leave the flat in a very good state (rubbish bins taken out, dishes washed and put away, kitchen and bathroom cleaned, beds and floors made). If you prefer not to take care of these tasks, please let us know in advance. We will have to pay 40 € to the host when you hand over the keys in order to have this done for you.
