Its elevated position offers breathtaking views over the lake and surrounding mountains, making it the perfect escape for guests seeking tranquillity and nature, while remaining close to Lake Como and Lake Lugano. The ground floor features a bright living area with Wi-Fi, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom and direct access to the panoramic balcony and outdoor patio, ideal for relaxing moments immersed in the landscape. The lower floor hosts the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds and a full bathroom. The layout is comfortable and family-friendly. A distinctive highlight of the house is the original natural rock cellar, accessible from inside the property, adding character and authenticity to the stay. Private parking is available. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the chalet from the private entrance road, allowing them to fully enjoy the privacy and comfort of the property. Outdoor spaces are designed to appreciate the view and the atmosphere of the area; guests are therefore kindly asked not to use them for leaving waste. Please note that the access road runs along a mountain road: it is narrow and should be driven with care, but it is fully accessible. It is recommended not to enter directly from the main road, but to turn the car around at the large public parking area and then drive up.
