Enjoy a charming independent house of 30 m2 with 1 bedroom, a living room / fully equipped kitchen (with basic kit provided) and a terrace of 40 m2 overlooking our garden. 3 stars accomodation acording to Gironde Tourisme. Ideally located, the house is 5 mn walk from the shops and 5 mn by bike from the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Domaine de Certes. In 1/2 hour by car, you can reach the ocean beaches as well as Le Cap Ferret, Arcachon or Bordeaux. All the ingredients for a pleasant stay ! The space Located in Audenge, the house is at the back of our garden with a swimming pool (shared with the owners) from june to september and a century-old olive tree. The center and all its facilities are only 500m away. You will find bakeries, greengrocers, butcher, cheesemonger as well as a small supermarket and pharmacies. For larger groceries, a Carrefour Market is 5-minute drive away. The nearby oyster port will allow you to appreciate the specialty of the region: the famous oyster from the bassin. Next to the port is the Audenge swimming pool, the largest seawater swimming pool in Europe (170 meters long and 17 meters wide). The 2-room house is intended for a maximum of 2 people. It includes a large living room of 16 m2 very bright with 3.5m high ceilings with fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining bedroom of 12 m2. You will also have the exclusive use of a 40m2 terrace with a large outdoor table, a beach umbrella and sunbeds. Wifi is available via a CPL amplifier. A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler. The accommodation is non-smoking (inside the house) and no pets are allowed. BEDROOM: 12m2 space with queen size bed (160 x 200), 1 chest of drawers and clothes hanger. Duvet and 4 pillows provided. BATHROOM & TOILET : the bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Hair dryer available. For more tranquility, household linen and towels are provided. Heating is electric. A fan is available. The house is not equipped with a washing machine but there is a laundry in the town. OUTDOOR SPACE: The 40m2 terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining table, chairs, a bench, and sunbeds. From May to september, our swimming pool is open so the price is more expensive. The swimming pool is shared with our family and available from 11am to 8pm. Audenge is our city of heart, we will be delighted to share with you our ideas for walks, visits and other points of interest to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Guest access The nearest train station is Facture - Biganos but if you want to rent a car you have to do it from Bordeaux St Jean. Do not hesitate to ask us to help you organize your stay. Depending on the day or time of your arrival, we may not be able to welcome you, but don't worry, we have a key box with a code for independent arrival. Detailed information is available in the house to facilitate your stay and of course, we will remain available to answer your questions and your needs. Free parking spaces are available in our street. Other things to note We have a cat, Cooky, he's very likely to visit you ^^ So in case of severe allergy, I would recommend not to rent from us.
