Keep it simple at this peaceful and charming vintage cottage! Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood just a short 2.5 miles east of downtown Fort Wayne, 3 minutes from Parkview Randallia! Some beautiful updates (like the totally remodeled bathroom!) have been added to the home, but still keeping the classic vintage charm like original wood floors and wood cabinets in this cozy space! *Message us for details of what we offer for longer term stays!! The space This cozy home provides ample space for guests with one large, completely remodeled bathroom, 2 bedrooms, (one including a giant king size bed!) a futon, a large sectional, and queen size bed allow for sleeping space for up to 6 guests! Cozy up and enjoy the peaceful dining room and living area, and breakfast nook during your stay. Fully fenced in backyard allows spacious haven for kids or pets! Other things to note Note that we’ve tried to keep some of the original vintage charm of the home, so a squeaky wood floor here and there (original to the home!) isn’t uncommon! ;) The basement is totally unfinished as well, for your information! Pets are welcome! :) But please be aware: should we find severe pet damage after your stay (urine damage, chewing/furniture damage, ect) you will be responsible for cost to remedy the situation! While we do offer a washer and dryer, please be aware that they are set up the old fashioned way - located in the unfinished basement of the home!
