Our modern hotel style suite in this superbly located town house, is perfect for family and friends to stay when visiting Fernie. With plenty of space, comfy furnishings, and free parking, this property is a great choice. The Riverside development is situated along the beautiful Elk river, and nearby you have Fernie Downtown, the ski hill, Fernie Provincial Park, and the infamous Island Lake Lodge. The space This is a spacious, hotel style suite. With a comfy queen and sofa bed, a desk, bathroom, wall mounted TV and modern fireplace, you will feel right at home here. The queen bed is dressed in hotel quality bed linens, and the towels are of equal quality. There is also locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo provided for your personal use. You will also find a mini fridge and microwave for your use. IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided. Guest access The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There is a connecting door to the main unit, which is locked at all times from both sides. Other things to note If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one from us if needed. This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms. IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided. This suite includes a microwave and fridge, but does not provide dishware, cutlery, or glasses. Please bring your own if you intend to prepare or heat up meals. Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic. For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000.
