This is a completely private, lower ground level apartment with a separate entrance. Our priority is to provide the utmost in cleanliness & comfort with simplicity & style. The extent of our interaction is up to you, but we and/or our housekeeper will be available as needed to field questions or help out. The Timp Neighborhood is quite charming with older houses all within walking distance of parks, downtown, and the Provo Rec Center. Free street parking - it is very safe to park on the street. With windows above ground, this apartment gets a lot of light and feels more like a ground floor than a basement. Noise: To minimize sounds from upstairs, we do our best to have quiet hours upstairs from 8 pm - 8 am. We also provide a sound machine and earplugs, just in case. This property is best suited for two guests. While the pull-out couch in the living room is comfortable, it does take up most of the living space, which can make longer stays with three guests less comfortable. Fees Disclosure: • Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection. • No pets allowed. • Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the property.
