Relax by the fireplace after a day of exploring, walking, wild swimming, climbing or Zip World activities. The Cottage has all you need to feel like a home from home. The Range cooker, comfy beds and stylish interior will truly make you feel like you have a slice of luxury in the middle of the mountains. You will be provided logs for your first fire at the cottage, you will then need to go to the local stores to buy more wood. The space The cottage is perfect for both short stays and long term breaks. Tanygrisiau is a great central location to have as your base for exploring Snowdonia. It is also a great spot for a chillout if hiking and zip wiring is not your thing. The views out of the cottage are spectacular with a stunning waterfall only a short walk away. Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and Snowdon are all a short drive away. The cottage sleeps 4 people with one bedroom hosting a double bed and the master bedroom hosting a King size bed. Both bedrooms have drawers and space to hang your clothes provided. The toilet/ bathroom are in the same room and the bath has a shower in it, the shower is touch screen, please press the 'on' button when using it and ensure it is set to the 'II' double line setting. Please note the bathroom ONLY has a shower in use. The Living room is open plan and has a log burner fire and gorgeous buffalo leather sofas for you to relax in after a long day in the mountains. Please try and avoid standing on the sheepskin rug with wet muddy boots or wet paws and please pick up the rug and place it on the back of one of the sofa's if you can see it is raining and you are about to head out. The cupboards under the stairs have a wide range of boardgames/ arts and crafts activities for you and your families to enjoy. The television has an Amazon Firestick and Chromecast system you can stream from your smart device. The dining space seats 6 and the cloak cupboard has enough hooks for everyone to store their jackets and shoes. The Kitchen is my favourite spot in the house and the Range cooker is fantastic and straightforward to use. The hobs are touch screen and should support all your cooking/ baking needs along with the crockery and utensils provided. The dishwasher is best used on a 'Quickwash' setting with the tablets provided under the sink. Please feel free to use the washer or dryer during your stay. Electric Storage heaters are on a timer downstairs and can be set to your preferred temperature by spinning the dial and pushing down on your preferred temperature. The heaters and log burner heat up the house to a high heat so you may not want all the heaters on at once, if this is the case switch them off at the wall using both switches next to each heater. The heaters are on a timer, please do not tamper with the timer settings, you can adjust the temperature. Parking is available for 2 cars at the front of the cottage. Guest access Guests will be able to self access the cottage via a key lock and code once the booking has been confirmed. You will have access to the entire cottage by yourselves. Other things to note Please leave the cottage as clean as possible. Bed linen and towels are provided. And please take care with all the expensive cooking utensils and crockery. Please pick up any dog mess left behind in the garden and please refrain dogs from going on the furniture or upstairs. Please leave us a review, we are new to Airbnb :)
