Located back and secluded from the main road, our accommodations offer you the peace and quiet you desire. There are no steps to climb and a lock box for the key ensures your safety and security. Guests enter through an inviting, secure greenhouse. Hosts reside on the property. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, stainless steel cookware, dishes, utensils, seasonings, full-size refrigerator and stove/oven. Whether you’re whipping up pancakes and eggs for breakfast or roasting a whole chicken for dinner, you’ll have all the tools to cook with ease and enjoy meals. (Full size scissors and needle and thread too) The Master Bedroom boasts a Tempur-Pedic memory foam King sized mattress, two dressers, desk/work station, TV, and direct entrance into the bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen size brass bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, dressers, TV, clothes hamper, and reading area. And the third room also has a king size Tempur-pedic mattress, dresser, TV, and a desk. The bathroom is fully accessible, featuring a 4' x 5' roll-in shower, a shower seat, and grab bars. A Rinnai on-demand hot water heater ensures multiple back-to-back showers without waiting for a traditional tank to refill. "On-demand" means hot water is always available whenever needed. Relax in our large great room/main living room with TV and Roku for streaming and the large bathroom with roll-in marble shower has a Maytag stacking washer and dryer with laundry soap for your added convenience. There’s even a long counter top for folding clothes that makes doing laundry a breeze. Our climate-controlled environment provides you with year-round comfort, and our radiant floor heat is preferred by many over forced hot air systems. In the winter, the floor is warm so if you forgot your slippers no worries, and in the warm weather, the ceramic tile floor is cool. Central air conditioning and an Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger ensure that you always have fresh air. Guest access We provide two (2) free parking spaces in a private parking area. The home is situated away from the main road on a flag lot surrounded by trees, shrubs and fencing, ensuring a safe and quiet environment. And, since the property is large, it's possible to park anything from a small compact vehicle to a large work vehicle, such as a van or utility truck. If you are traveling with a large vehicle(s), please let us know in advance so we can advise you on where to park. There is a walkway with a slight incline on the west side of the building (to your right when facing the building), featuring a wooden handrail that leads to the apartment entrance. Motion-sensor lighting provides added convenience and security. Additional security is provided by cameras, which are located outside only. *******Please let us know if you have specific mobility needs so we can provide you with additional instructions in advance of your arrival. Please feel free to come and go as you wish, anytime day or night. Check-in is 3 PM or after. The lock box with key is on the wall on the right side next to the entry door. Airbnb will send you the lock box combination on your confirmation receipt. Other things to note Our community has 24 hour police protection accessed through 911. An Urgent care center is 3-5 miles away, plus pharmacies, a regional airport, and a local dairy farm with fresh milk and eggs year round, and fresh seasonal produce. Pennsylvania has a 6% room tax on stays of less than 30 nights and a 5% Chester County tax for stays that are less than 31 nights . When you book a 31 night stay you realize an 11% savings. Airbnb collects the state and county taxes, if applicable from guests which they forward directly to the taxing authorities. Maintaining a clean environment is our highest priority.
