Kitchen with the built-in furniture and catering equipment (fridge, induction cooker, hood, coffee maker) equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay (kettle, plates, cups, forks, spoons, knives, pans and etc…). Free items: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, various spices. Bath equipped with the shower, heated floor, illuminated mirror, hairdryer. The room has double bed 1.80m X 2.0m., a leather sofa, flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house itself is located in a quiet place. The area is located within the UNESCO zone location. Here are located many architectural monuments of the early XX century, which are built in the "national Jugend style". Nearby is located "Wooden Riga", here you can see the “untouched with the time”, and renovated apartments.  Near is located the city park with fountains, cosy benches, sports grounds and etc….. To the Old Town and the station 5 stops by the bus, walking about 25 minutes. Other things to note Late registration: from 11:00 to 7:00: costs an additional 20 €. If your booking is longer than 22 days, then an additional cleaning ( cost € 16) is required in the middle of the stay. If you are making an emergency booking, then check-in is possible no earlier than 3 hours later.
