"Lou Bosc", charming gîte for 8 people in the heart of a valley and surrounded by fields and woods. The calm, nature, brightness and the region make this place the ideal place to unwind. Whether on site or in the surrounding area, many walks, visits and activities will delight young and old. Shops, supermarkets but especially a large local farmers' market 8 km away, in the pretty little town of Lavaur. 45 minutes from Toulouse (Blagnac) airport. The space The vacation rental is composed of: On the ground floor: * 1 super-equipped kitchen (the +: ice maker, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher) and 1 dining room with a large table * 1 large living room with sofa, TV, wood stove (wood provided on request) and a large bay window * 1 double bedroom (180 x 200 bed) with its bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet + hairdryer) On the 1st floor: * 2 double bedrooms (180 x 200 bed) each with its own private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet + hairdryer) On the mezzanine: * 1 large bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet + hairdryer) with a washing machine On the 2nd floor: * 1 master suite (180 x 200 bed) with its small living room (2 armchairs and 1 small desk) Outdoors: * 1 terrace with table, chairs and barbecue in a private courtyard * 1 small garden completely fenced in a private courtyard But also: * 1 large swimming pool area (being finished) secured by a fence to share with another gîte with: - 1 swimming pool with electric shutter, heated (depending on the weather from 05/01 to 09/30) and illuminated - 1 ping pong table - 1 garden with a badminton/volleyball net Other amenities are available for free upon request: * baby equipment: baby bed, high chair * outdoor games (balls, football goal, croquet) * board games * raclette / Burgundy fondue / Swiss fondue sets * plancha / indoor grill The accommodation stays cool in summer (fan in the vacation rental if necessary) and the wood burning stove or radiators will keep you warm in winter. The house is intended for 8 people and is ideal for a family or group of friends. Guest access Your accommodation is located in an Estate consisting of 2 cottages and 1 bastide. You will have access to the entire accommodation, a garden and a private terrace in the inner courtyard as well as the shared pool area with large garden. The spaces on the side of the bastide are not accessible. Other things to note Rent all year round, minimum 2 nights in low season (on request) and minimum 1 week in high season - possibility of shorter stay on special request. A small pet may be allowed upon request and subject to availability. The cottage is part of an Estate that consists of another cottage and a bastide but has its own independent entrance and private spaces. The Estate is located in the middle of the fields, forgive us if the network (internet and mobile) is sometimes a little lacking... This will nevertheless allow you to completely disconnect from everyday life and fully enjoy your holidays. Low-speed internet. Upon arrival, you will find in your cottage: * Beds made * Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person) * One pool towel (fouta type) per person * One sample of shampoo and shower gel per person * A small kitchen kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid sample, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 garbage bag) A team is always present on site (owners and/or caretakers) to ensure that your stay goes smoothly.
