Meticulous with details and cleaning, working to keep 5 star standards! Complete kitchen is stocked with quality baking and cooking essentials and sundries. Quality appliances, and complimentary spices, coffee, tea, waffle/pancake mix, microwave popcorn, and basic staples make planning your getaway simple and convenient! There is a laundry closet with front load washer and dryer, and complimentary laundry detergent available for guest use. Luxury linens, tasteful furnishings, comfortable queen size beds, in 2 private bedrooms. (A portable crib and high chair are available and stored in the bedroom closet) Additional bedding, pillows, and a queen size air mattress, or the couch, can accommodate 2 additional guests in the living room space. Guests share a spacious bathroom with a custom tiled shower and tub combo, vanity, stocked with additional towels, wash cloths, makeup cloths. Complimentary shower gel, and shampoo are provided. An iron and countertop ironing board is stored inside the vanity. (Additional beach/river towels are also available for use outside the home.) There is high speed internet, a smart TV for streaming, & small workspace in the main living room, combined with simple office supplies stored in the cabinet, along with games, cards and a few toys, to suit a variety of age levels. Outside accommodations include a privacy fence, stamped concrete patio and walkways. A small portable BBQ grill, a fish cleaning table and hose, and patio furniture during the summer weather to enjoy the fire pit and outdoor entertaining. (*please note: Outdoor furniture is stored away during inclement months) The home is within 2 blocks of a local favorite’s beach, and also nearby the sportsman’s boat access by the Kooskia bridge. Across the street is the local elementary school, which has playground equipment and tennis courts for use after school hours and summer break. Local grocery store, restaurants and bars are conveniently minutes away or within walking distance from the home. I like the leniency of guests being able to self check in. The home has coded door locks, in order to allow a guest to check at their convenience. I live 12 miles from the area, so if there are any concerns or questions, I am available to help and try to answer text notifications or calls from my guests promptly. Tennis courts, and school playground across the street is available for use during the summer months or after school hours.
