Upon entering you will find a cozy living room with a TV set up for streaming all your favorite shows at the end of a long day sightseeing. Continue on to the kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or large meal. A quick meal can be enjoyed in the kitchen, while the patio is the perfect spot for a group meal. On the 2nd floor you'll find a full bathroom, designated work space, and the first of three inviting bedrooms. On the 3rd floor you will find another cozy queen bedroom along with a third bedroom furnished with a daybed. This bedroom is perfect for escaping to read a book or spreading out a yoga mat (we've got you covered). We're sure you will love calling our charming little home your home during your time in Philadelphia. Guests have full access to the entire home and back patio, as well as the basement if they need to do laundry. Pet fee is $50 per pet/per day—capped at $250 Rates and minimum stays are subject to change during holidays and special events. House Rules: No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed. No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest. Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older. Location Requirement: We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
