Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with. The space Tiny house with front and back porch. The bathroom and bedroom is all open. There is a curtain for privacy. There is a door separating bedroom/bathroom and living area. 2 tv’s. We have Netflix on both tv’s This is a small 2 room cottage. Only one king queen size. Children under 12 are free. The love seat is a pull out and is a twin size. We also have cots we can set up. But the space is small so is is a bit cramped. Supervised feeding alpacas and donkey. Yes please schedule times to visit with alpacas and donkey. We have trails but please ask before walking on trails. The trails are trails that are in our wooded area that our grandkids play, walk and run. They are not actually (walking) trails. So bring boots or covered toe shoes. (Sandals are not advised). We also have a zip line. But is not for guest. This is for our personal use and not for the guest. Guest access Door code 6470 Please stay off zip line. This is for home owners only. Other things to note No smoking of any kind. Including vapor. Inside or out. No smoking period. We do allow pets but must be pre approved. There is a non refundable pet fee of $50.00. This is a one bedroom home. If you need more than 2 guest please ask before checking in. We have outside cameras on all of our property.
