The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower and double vanity. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy! The guest room has a queen bed and a full bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. The living room has a large sofa (with pull-out bed) and three chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Bay Watch." This privately-owned home has a large new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a matching glass tile backsplash, and nice stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep. There is a washer and dryer in the home with detergent provided. The outdoor space at "Bay Watch" includes gorgeous views and a spacious deck to enjoy your morning coffee, sun bathe, or dine alfresco. Don't forget to watch a sunset or two! If you'd like to grill out, charcoal grills are on the ground-level out back on the bayside of the property. "Bay Watch" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the 6-seater golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience, and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area. * This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA. * Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the condo that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside the home. * Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned * All property photos are owned/were purchased by "Pastel Getaways" and all outdoor photos were taken by the owner of "Pastel Getaways."
