The space The pool and solarium area The large swimming pool measuring 9.5 by 4 meters, for the exclusive use of the Villa's guests, is located on the slopes of the house, in an area shaded by fig, almond and centuries-old olive trees, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility. First Double bedroom on the first floor with bathroom The master bedroom is located on the same level as the entrance. The room, like the whole house, is furnished with custom-made furniture made by local craftsmen in soft and pastel colors. Its strong point is the view overlooking the sea, the garden and the surrounding countryside. From the bedroom you can comfortably access the terrace shaded by an awning and equipped with a table and chairs. In the room, in addition to a comfortable bed with a memory topper, there is a dresser, built-in wardrobes, and a small desk area with TV and Netflix. The room has a bathroom with a shower. Second double bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom The second bedroom is located on the ground floor where we have the living room, kitchen, veranda and access to the garden. The room, like the whole house, is furnished with custom-made furniture in local style. The room features a double bed with memory topper, comfortable built-in closets and access to the bathroom. Smart working area with sofa bed The space is on the first floor, adjacent to the entrance and offers access to a magnificent view and panoramic terrace. The space features a smart working area with a small bookcase and a double sofa bed. This space also leads to the floor below. Terrace The spacious terrace shaded by an awning offers a unique view of the olive groves and the sea of the Maldive of Salento. From here you can enjoy unique sunsets, with the colors of the southern Ionian. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. Living The living area offers everything you need to relax indoors. This area features a typical masonry sofa, designer wooden armchairs and a table for six people. The living area is located at the level of the pergola and garden and communicates with the kitchen. Kitchen and laundry area The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy wonderful dinners in the garden. In particular, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, washing machine, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Dishes and glasses also offer a typical reference to the territory and terracotta, a typical material of old Salento dishes. Garden The garden is planted with typical plants of the Salento Mediterranean scrub, fruit trees and centuries-old olive trees. In the upper area, adjacent to the house, there is a large pergola furnished with a bench and a masonry table. The garden is also furnished with masonry seats and an outdoor stone shower with hot and cold water. In the garden you will be immersed in a timeless atmosphere and your gaze will be captured by a breathtaking view of olive groves, trulli and Mediterranean scrub. Other things to note The villa is located in the Sant'Anna area, in the Municipality of Salve, about 3 km from the sea and the wonderful beaches of Pescoluse and Maldive del Salento. A few meters from the entrance of the Villa is the homonymous Chapel of Sant'Anna, which is characterized by the simple architectural lines typical of rural buildings and inside you can admire an interesting fresco depicting Sant'Anna, dating back to 1600. The road from which you access the villa is extremely quiet and peaceful, being frequented by only a few residents.
