Our home offers 2 bedrooms with a kitchenette where you can cook light meals, a dining and a comfy living area with TV, bathroom with a hot shower. WiFi and Netflix are included. This unit is best for 2 Pax but can accommodate up to 6 Pax. Be our guest and enjoy the peaceful, Baguio vibes it brings:) The space THE SPACE Our space is a personally-designed, simple and comfortable (approx. 70 sqm). It does not pretend to be a five-star hotel, but it is a simple and comfortable home :) ROOM RATE: Yes! The price of the whole home good for 5 people is the most affordable in town! Our home can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 (regardless of age). In case there are extra guests, each guest will be charged P300 per day/night. Please put the right guest numbers to get the right price. FEATURES & AMENITIES Our place includes two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a living space. We believe in having a clean and cozy space to relax and chill with an amazing view that helps you destress the busyness of the day to day. Bedroom: Best for family, or barkada outing! The first bedroom has a twin sized bed, good for 2-3 persons. The second bedroom has the double-deck style into a modern family slumber suite. It can be a space for 2 happy family members and friends. Living Space: Lounge in the living area with a cozy couch, a 55” Smart Android TV where you can indulge in your favorite series on Netflix. Connect using our free wifi, too! Most guests love to experience the natural cool breeze of Baguio City, but electric fan is available upon request. Kitchen & Dining: Indulge in our intimate kitchen space equipped with cooking essentials (refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, water jug, gas stove, various cook wares and utensils) for your delectable labors of love. Our dining area comes complete with dining cutlery good for all the guests (plates, glasses, spoons, forks, knives). T&B: Toilet/ Bathroom is equipped with water heaters to make you feel relaxed and warm. We provide towels and basic toiletries for your convenience, at no extra charge. :) Roofdeck: We also believe in quiet moments and getting lost in a good view of nature, you can also enjoy while sipping your favorite hot drink! We invite you to keep our home as you would with yours. Cleaning materials like brooms, dust pan, and rags can be used to tidy up when you need to. Guest access GUEST ACCESS You will be personally received by a loving and caring woman, Mrs. Juliet, who will accompany you to your apartment, and give you a short briefing of the house. PET POLICY: Unfortunately, we no longer allow pets. Security Deposit : There is NO need for a security deposit at check-in. AirBnB holds it as a reserve just in case the unit is damaged. In this unlikely case, we have the right to claim a security deposit from AirBnB. Please note that we are bound by our agreement with AirBnB to process our bookings through them. Please do not ask us to go around this arrangement. We cannot release our contact information until you have booked through Air BnB. P200 shall be charged for lost keys. Check In / Out Time: Check-in time is from 2 PM. Should your arrival be delayed unavoidably, do let us know in advance. We can arrange the self-check-in for you. Check out is strictly at 12NN. We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guest. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Parking space is not available in the area
