Internet The king bed studio has internet for your use and enjoyment. Also a large smart TV in the room for you to access your own Netflix or other streaming accounts. This glistening studio is well prepared for you to simply arrive, relax and enjoy. Kitchenette The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware and all other items that you may need for your visit. We provide all linen, high quality bath towels, beach towels, bathmat, tea towels etc. We also provide tea/coffee and milk, plus shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc to get you started and make your time here as comfortable and as relaxing as possible. The studio has a small external balcony with table and chairs to relax your day away whilst listening to the sounds of the ocean. Pets Sorry but Alex Beach Resort does not cater for pets. Location Alex (Alexandra Headlands) is renowned for its stunning surf beach and patrolled swimming, as well as many cafes, restaurants and its Surf Lifesaving Club. Alex Beach is right on your doorstep, it doesn't get closer than this! Public transport is easily accessible with bus stops close by, bicycles for hire, or for the more adventurous there are e-Scooters/e-bicycles for hire locally. The king bed studio is central to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer, the many beaches, attractions and hinterland. Complex This king bed studio is one of a number at the Alex Beachfront Resort, with your studio on the fourth floor. You have your own separate, private entrance and completely self contained space. As with all properties, we ask that you please respect our wonderful neighbours in the other apartments with noise, music etc. PLEASE NOTE This is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. We cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families and friends who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here. The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs. For your health and protection, the apartment has been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Guest access You have total and exclusive use of the king bed studio and balcony. All guests have access to the Resort facilities including: a gym, bbq area, 3 resort pools and spa, children's play area, and secure parking for 1 car.
