Right off the kitchen is the dining area featuring an eight-person dining table and a ceiling fan. Then, continue the tour and you'll come across the inviting living room with direct access to the spacious lakefront deck and sunroom. The living room boasts two armchairs (one with a footstool), a sofa, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and board games. Experience unparalleled lake views from the furnished deck and let this be the best outdoor gathering spot ever! It boasts a seating area, an outdoor dining area, and even a gas grill, perfect for summer barbecues. Come back inside and unwind in peace in the sunroom, equipped with two sofas, three armchairs, and a ceiling fan. This is a great nook to read, take naps, or simply relax on your own. This level also has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub/shower combos, and a laundry nook. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, but only the main bedroom has a flatscreen TV. Upstairs, you'll find a small loft area with a sofa and a flatscreen TV, one bedroom, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
