Little Beaver Cabin is a beautiful home located in the Big Canoe resort community in the North Georgia Mountains. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom rental is close to Indian Rocks Park with an easy walking trail, stream and historic stone mounds. It’s one of the oldest parks in Big Canoe. Big Canoe is a fun filled resort with amenities for everyone within the gates including golf, tennis, indoor & outdoor pools, hiking, fishing/boating and other activities. This 2 story home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The cabin has one master suite on the main/upper level with a King sized bed and a twin sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms on the lower level – one with a queen sized bed and the other with a bunk bed(twin on top and a full on the bottom). The lower level shares a hallway bathroom. The spacious living room has a comfortable couch, sleeper chaise, dining room table and game area. The kitchen provides for all basics of dining in the cabin including a gas range, microwave, Keurig/coffee pot and more. Enjoy grilling your favorite meal on the deck. After your feast why not get cozy next to the outdoor gas fire pit or electric indoor fireplace to enjoy a quiet evening with your loved ones. We are minutes away from trails, parks, the marina, wellness center, clubhouse and more. Big Canoe is a gated community and guest access will be set up after a confirmed booking. You will need to provide ID upon initial entry. The main gatehouse will provide a pass for your entry and exit at either of the two gates. We have parking enough for 2 cars comfortably right outside of the garage and 2 spaces inside of the garage. A few more cars can fit along the driveway, if necessary. Big Canoe is a private resort in the North Georgia mountains located between Jasper and Dawsonville. It's only about an hour from Atlanta. Big Canoe includes 3 man made lakes(Petit, Scott & Disharoon), several parks and trails. The driveway can comfortably accommodate 2 cars. There is no on-street parking. You must drive to amenities which are about 5 minutes away. There is a trail within walking distance from the cabin. Our nightly rate DOES NOT include the cost to use Big Canoe amenities. All amenities are "pay per use", even for property owners.
