The space Welcome to my Modern Three-Storey Townhouse! Please note ** the KS bedroom is located on the first floor and the Twin room is on the top floor - two flights of stairs ** My home is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, offering a perfect retreat for both relaxation and remote work alongside myself and my two friendly cats. A kingsize bed, plenty of storage for your clothes and luggage. A dedicated workstation & chair, ideal for those working remotely, Wall-mounted television offering Netflix, Now & other streaming services. A private bathroom is right next to your bedroom, with walk in shower/complimentary toiletries. A Complimentary Breakfast can be enjoyed in our dining area within the kitchen on the ground floor, which opens out into the garden .For early risers, a breakfast pack can be arranged. You’re welcome in our peaceful garden which is a sunny enclosed space with sunshades . Cushions and throws are available upon request. Secure storage for pushbikes and off-road parking for cars / motorbikes/ vans Super-Fast Internet: There are additional reclining seats in our snug area which overlooks the garden. The River Trent is within easy walking distance. A beautiful riverside path leads you all the way into town. The famous Gainsborough Old Hall is a short walk away. Lincoln: The historic city of Lincoln is just a 30 minute drive away. Lincolnshire Wolds Nature Reserve: A stunning natural area, also around 40 minutes away by car or enjoy a day at Skegness,and other East coastline all within approximately 90 minutes’ drive. Bike Storage: Secure lockable storage for bikes is available in our summerhouse. Motorbike Parking: Motorbikes can be safely parked on the driveway at the front of the property. I’m happy to socialize, share a drink, and engage in conversation if you'd like, or if you prefer, can give you space to just chill and relax. Other things to note I do have another bedroom offering two single beds listed on the website . This is a non-smoking/vaping household. Smoking in the garden is permitted . Complimentary continental breakfast available daily from 6am - 10am. Please inform me of any dietary requirements when booking. House Rules: Remove your shoes before going upstairs. Close your bedroom and bathroom doors to prevent the cats from entering.
