This private and well furnished 1BR basement apartment provides an ideal stay for 1-2 guests. The apartment comes equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area. It was designed to provide a feel of a fully separate apartment, including its own private walk out. Central location only 25 mins to DC, 10 mins to the Springfield Metro Station, 10 mins from Fort Belvior Military Base, 5 mins to local shopping and groceries. The space This property is divided into three separate units. The upstairs unit is owner-occupied by my husband, our 3-year-old child, and myself, while one of the neighboring units is also used as an Airbnb. Guest access Lock pad - access code given 24hrs before arrival. Other things to note Noise level: While we do our best to keep noise to a minimum, please note that this is a multi-unit home, and you may hear sounds from the other units during the day. This is something to consider if you prefer a very quiet environment. This is also, why we strictly enforce quiet hours. Stairs: This unit is located in the basement and requires guests to walk to the back of the house via stairs-pathway with a slight slope. We understand this can be challenging for some guests. What’s provided: During your stay we provide 2 rolls of TP, a kitchen towel roll, 2 large bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. If guest need more during their stay it is on them to replenish as needed.
