Private Annex on the edge of the New Forest

Private Annex on the edge of the New Forest with own entrance and free on street parking. We are within walking distance of the town centre. The town offers pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and independent shops. Fordingbridge is a five minute drive from the New Forest, a 10 minute drive from the New forest Water Park. It is well placed to visit Salisbury and Bournemouth. The space The accommodation is for two people (but not suitable for children) with its own separate door entrance. The driveway is suitable for a small car, or there is free parking on the road. The property has level access for a wheelchair and a portable ramp is available for the door threshold. There is a self check-in coded lockbox, number supplied by the host. The bedroom has a double bed, 32 inch smart TV and seating area, with a wardrobe and a chest of draws. The bathroom has a walk in shower and WC. The conservatory is for your own private use . There is a kettle toaster, microwave and a fridge. Breakfast items are supplied for you to help yourself. This includes a choice of cereals, bread, butter and jam, tea/coffee. Plant milk can be provided with notice. In good weather you can use the garden. Guest access The entrance, hall, bedroom, bathroom and conservatory are your own private space. Guests are welcome to sit in the garden, where you will find a table and chairs. You may find the host working in the garden. Other things to note A washing up bowl and cleaning materials are supplied. Alternatively if required, your host will put any washing up through the dish washer.
