Spacious fully equipped kitchen dining area with microwave and dishwasher - there is access to the kitchen from an exterior staircase. The first floor landing has a toilet, large store cupboard. A further cupboard is locked and used by the owner. The external staircase to parking area/ rear hardstanding is accessed from the kitchen back door. Ground floor comprised of an entry porch with radiator & hanging hooks for your outdoor clothing. Interior door leads to a large welcoming hall. Master bedroom with ensuite (toilet, sink and shower) with view to the countryside fields. Two twin bedded rooms, one which faces the sea with patio doors out to a small veranda and access to the front garden. Bunk bedded room with sea view. Family bathroom with toilet, sink, bath & separate shower. There is an under stair cupboard with a washing machine/tumble dryer. Outside: Rear hard-standing has ample parking for 2+ cars - can take up to 5 cars, if well organised. Cupboard/ boiler room under the rear stairs houses a gas BBQ, airer and hose for use by guests. Secure front garden can be accessed by a gate from the side footpath. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for a small cupboard situated in the store cupboard on the first floor. Other things to note The property has oil fired central heating and hot water. All bed linen and bath towels are included.
