The house has two units, with a fence and separate yards, each one with wood fire pit and a floating dock for the two units, ( use dock at your own risk, please be careful) this unit is on the second floor, with private entrance, from the left side of the house (gravel pathway) then take the stairs on the back to the second floor deck (where the entrance is. follow the self check-in instructions please) Is just 3 hours away from NYC Forget your worries in this beautiful house The space "The river house " the way my six year old daughter called it since day one, we were always looking for a home with water view to invest, the moment I walked to the backyard and saw the view, I said, this is the one, (even though it was in winter) the back view from second floor deck, is my favorite place.... The house was old and needed alot of work, but finally finish and listed January 2023, with over 20 years experience in construction, I put effort and did my best with the renovation, so anyone can enjoy it any time of the year, there is enough parking, laundry in the unit, (you'll be staying on 2nd main floor) propane fire pit on the deck with sitting area, wood fire pit on the back yard with fance, separate from the other unit, also a dock for the 2 units, full kitchen, 2 full bath, the house is very spacious and would be perfect to come and relax or work from home... Guest access complete second floor and billiard room, second floor deck and yard. Other things to note we have well water, so i recommend to bring some drinking water or for cooking and drinking (I always leave few bottles) the garbage cans, are down the stairs on the left .... please leave the key in the lockbox when you checkout Starting June 2024, the unit downstairs will be active, so after 11pm quite hours will be in effect, please be mindful!
