Guest access The entire apartment, and the common areas of the condominium, following internal regulations. Other things to note - The guest is responsible for the space and for following all the condominium rules during the stay. In the event of non-compliance, fines may apply and must be paid by the guest immediately. - Photos of the electricity meter are taken to calculate the energy value: kw used are multiplied by the value of the kw in the electricity bill. The amount must be paid within 2 days after departure, by deposit or pix.
