Moon View Terrace Apartment @ Aquatika Loiza

Relax viewing the moon in the terrace with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This condo has two levels, the apartment is in the main floor and the second floor and there is a terrace and dining area in the second floor. The space The penthouse is located in front of the main pool of the facilities and at walking distance from the beach. The apartment is equipped with full kitchen, microwave, oven, washer, dryer, air conditioning in all three rooms, TV, among other amenities. The condo is located in Aquatika in Loiza and it include 5 swimming pools, basketball and tenis courts, beach access, mini golf, playground areas for the kids among other facilities. Guest access The maximum quantity of guest allowed by the condo management is eight (8) guests. Therefore, reservations are not allowed for bigger groups. Resort fee is $10 per guest and it must be paid in the check in (is not included in the Airbnb reservation). Every guest will receive a bracelet that should be used to use the facilities and is not transferable. This is out of our control, however if the outages last more than four (4) hour during your stay, guest can request a cancellation and we will refund the nights not used.
