Relaxing family beach house! (Dog friendly)

A perfect peaceful getaway for a couple, or family wanting to be close to beautiful beaches, cafes and restaurants. Ideal for short breaks or longer stays. Also great for working stays, accommodation for visiting family or renovators needing some alternative accommodation. Unfortunately not suitable for groups. We hope to see you soon! The space The space is the middle level of a house which is solely provided to guests for their use. Included is a queen bedroom, double bedroom and all living spaces (as per photos). There is an additional office room with desks, which also doubles up as a bedroom with single sofa bed. Whilst there isn’t air conditioning in the property, it attracts good ocean breezes and we have fans to help. There is one bathroom with walk in shower (no bath). The kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge and freezer, it also has a soda stream. Washing machine/dryer is in a separate room used by the owners but can be used by guests if requested in advance - please bring your own washing powder etc. There is a dining table and sofas. The 4k HD TV has wifi access and Netflix built in, so you can log in using your own subscription. You'll also have access to the guest wifi during your stay, which is typically good enough to hold multiple simultaneous video calls. There is a small Bluetooth speaker also. Off street parking is free all day and you can generally find a spot outside or just across the road. Well-socialised & well-trained dogs can stay for a one-off extra fee of $50 - please let us know if you intend to bring a dog and share as much information as possible. We don’t allow dogs to be left alone in the property as some become distressed, which we feel is unfair on them. Unfortunately there isn’t a fully sealed off area to let them roam free, however there are grassy areas on the doorstep for toileting and plenty of walks as well as a dog beach at North Curl Curl. A short drive you have a couple of other off leash areas (e.g. Griffith Park near Long Reef golf club). There are a number of dogs in the street, both neighbours and the owners have one - all friendly! It's generally a very quiet family friendly neighbourhood - you’ll hear the usual sounds of the neighbourhood and kids playing but otherwise its very peaceful. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the mid level, 2 bedrooms (optional third bedroom/office), bathroom, living and dining area and an outdoor deck. Registration Details PID-STRA-47105
