The space The property sits on the 1,000-hectare private Antognolla estate, amid gentle rolling hills and centuries old Cypresses and Olive trees. Within the estate there is a Robert Trent Jones Jnr. designed championship golf course, club house with restaurant and many walking trails through the woods. The main house, Capanne, has four large double bedrooms, simply, yet elegantly furnished. The cottage, Capannetta, is adjacent to the main Villa, but separate and self-contained. Capannetta has 2 bedrooms. The house is surrounded by 2.5 acres of stunning landscaped gardens with mature olive trees, banks of lavender and a vast array of shrubs. There is an ‘L’ shaped infinity pool with a large surrounding terrace for sun beds and loungers. The sun terrace affords magnificent views of the Antognolla Castle and the estate beyond. Near the pool is a large covered pergola with seating for 12 and gas BBQ. There is a separate kitchen garden adjacent to the main house which has its own seating area for 6. There is undercover parking for 2 cars and ample space on the driveway for other vehicles. Guest access The property is private and solely for the use of the guests.
