The space This house is located within the Dunas del Norte condominium; built on a 500m2 lot; you can enjoy the multiple terraces, the 6x4m central pool, 3 independent modular bathrooms and another complete one on the second floor terrace. The kitchen is quite spacious and fully equipped. We have a 530-liter freezer and a 530-liter refrigerator (in addition to the 122-liter minibar on the second-floor terrace), a large microwave, pantry, central island, and a dining room for 8 people. The living room has a modular living room set and a 65” 4K TV with all the streaming services and Directv. The house has 2 outdoor dining rooms for 10 people (in addition to the dining room in the 8-person living room), one on the terrace next to the pool and another on the second-floor terrace, where they also have sun loungers and hammocks. The rooms have a small desk, chest of drawers and full cabinets; inside you will find a queen size bed and a bunk bed. Both with super orthopedic paradise mattresses. On the first floor, we have 3 modular bathrooms with solar hot water; and another bathroom on the second floor terrace. All ceilings are over 3 meters high and have cross ventilation to ensure they stay cool. Guest access Guests will have the entire property, private pool, and two covered parking spaces for cars. We will give you multiple sets of keys according to your request. Other things to note This house is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our 6x4 meter pool makes children and adults happy. We have symmetrical fiber optic internet, TP-LINK mesh WiFi 6 antennas that give maximum power and speed in all corners of the house, two refrigerators (one 530L, the other 350L), a 500L freezer, a 65” 4K LED TV with Dolby Atmos soundbar, DirecTV, all streaming services (Disney+, Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc.), and a pantry. We offer multiple terrace furniture and hammocks. In addition to making your stay on the beach pleasant and comfortable, we have beach stools and a large branch in the sand at the exit of the Condominium. Grill.
